In line with continual company growth, we are looking to recruit a talented Videographer to join us. Working within the marketing team, assisting the Marketing Creative Lead and reporting to the Head of Marketing the successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day tasks associated with marketing and creative.
Our office, located on the outskirts of Scarborough, offers convenient access to the A64, Seamer train station, and public transportation, along with free parking.
This is a full-time role, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work with the marketing team to generate effective video content for digital campaigns, social media, email, and website visuals.
● Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and shoots, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with the Marketing Creative Lead to plan and execute video shoots for key campaigns and product launches.
● Work alongside the social media team to create timely, engaging video content for daily posts, helping to boost audience engagement.
● Edit and enhance video content, maintaining high production values and consistency with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.
● Assist with content creation for other marketing channels as needed, including still photography and print assets.
● Ensure all video assets are stored and managed effectively, making content easily accessible across marketing channels.
● Manage multiple projects with an organised approach, meeting deadlines while producing high-quality video assets.
Skills & Experience:
● Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and other video production tools.
● Strong understanding of video production, including filming, editing, sound, and lighting techniques.
● A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the types of video content that perform best on each.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
● Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Previous experience in video production, preferably in fashion or e-commerce (desirable but not essential).
● Positive attitude, creative approach, and the confidence to contribute ideas in team discussions.

● Perform photo manipulation and retouching for marketing assets.
● Confident in artboarding concepts, company assets, and campaign proposals.
● Work closely with the social media team to plan content and ensure consistent imagery and timely asset creation.
● Follow brand and supplier guidelines to maintain consistency across all produced assets.
● Take ownership of the marketing asset bank, ensuring that current content is effectively utilised on-site and across all marketing channels.
● Manage daily tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Skills:
● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, and InDesign.
● Graphic design skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
● A highly creative individual with an excellent eye for detail.
● Ability to consistently develop visually engaging and on-brand content.
● Positive attitude and energetic approach to tasks.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and opinions in discussions.
● Excellent self-organisation and time management skills.
● Proven experience collaborating with key stakeholders and managing expectations.
● Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing online landscape.
● Previous photography experience, preferably in the fashion industry (beneficial but not essential).

To oversee the day to day running of the orders and dispatch teams and ensure standards and company policy are always maintained. To take control of the development of all teams under your remit through training and mentoring. Including development of new standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and induction process. Act as a conduit between Customer Service and the Orders/Dispatch teams to ensure the highest and most efficient level of service is delivered. Carry out and ensure compliance within the main warehouse through weekly and monthly audits and inspections. Support the Operations Manager as required to meet broader business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Report directly to the Operations Manager
● Direct and lead staff in line with business objectives and
personal targets
● Monitoring of individual and team performance and set
objectives for team leaders to manage staff performance
● Review, develop and grow the training capabilities of each team to ensure consistency in standards
● Monthly reporting of agreed personal KPI’s
● Setting of Team Leader KPI’s
● Responsibility for ordering of consumables for Orders/Dispatch
● Development, review and maintain a housekeeping checklist for
Orders/Dispatch team leaders
● Monitor Sickness and Absence by department and report
weekly on actions taken, where required by team leaders
● Assist with HR functions as and when required. Not limited
to recruitment, disciplinary process, counselling, and inductions
● Develop, deliver, and monitor standards and
performance documentation for Orders/Dispatch
● Assist with coordinating sale rotas as and when required
in line with company policy
● Sign off Holidays in line with company policy
● Attending meetings to discuss department targets and set
new objectives/goals.
● Liaise with any other departments within the business as
and when required
● Overall responsibility to deliver performance
management and appraisals for Orders/Dispatch teams
(including team leaders)
● Any other reasonable request as directed by the
Operations Manager
Personal Specification
Essential:

● Demonstratable experience in a leadership role for minimum of 2
years
